Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across the organization.

This senior role builds and standardizes an enterprise operating model and drives leadership across sites in Syracuse, Grayling, West Lafayette, Orlando, Cranston, Bristol, Crow sites, and satellite warehouses. The successful candidate will navigate strategy and execution, oversee governance and KPIs, and grow into broader

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business or related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex manufacturing, aerospace/defense or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and standardizing processes across locations.
• Strong materials management, warehousing and inventory control with knowledge of domestic and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, standards, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve operational performance, scalability, cost, service, and risk reduction.
• Provide enterprise leadership for receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and material flow.
• Travel up to ~20% to Saab locations across the United States and ensure security clearance readiness.
