Saab, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across Syracuse, NY; Grayling, MI; West Lafayette, IN; Orlando, FL; Cranston, RI; Bristol, RI; CROW sites, and other Saab locations.

The role is senior-level, driving a standardized enterprise operating model across sites and functions. You will move between strategy and execution, build governance, and develop leaders while driving continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years in related field.
• Proven leadership of multi-site operations in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated environments.
• Experience standardizing processes across locations and implementing enterprise operating models.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab locations.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, cost, service, and risk.
• Build capability, mentor leaders, and drive continuous improvement.
