Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across the enterprise.

The role is responsible for establishing a standardized operating model across Syracuse, Grayling, West Lafayette, Orlando, Cranston, Bristol, Crow sites and satellite warehouses. This senior leadership position requires moving between strategy and execution, building capability, and aligning sites under common governance and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field required with 12+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Proven leadership in complex manufacturing or regulated environments with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide improvement, standardization, and change management.
• Strong analytical, ERP/data and performance-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish common governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Balance standardization with site-specific production and customer requirements.
• Lead cross-site initiatives focused on performance, cost, service, and risk reduction.
• Drive enterprise materials strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
