Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across Syracuse, NY; Grayling, MI; West Lafayette, IN; Orlando, FL; Cranston, RI; Bristol, RI; CROW sites; and satellite warehouses.

This senior leadership role emphasizes standardization, strategic execution, and enterprise-wide optimization. The candidate will drive an enterprise operating model, governance, and KPIs while building capability and leading

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years.
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and standardizing processes across locations.
• Strong Materials Management, Warehousing, and inventory control experience with domestic and international logistics.
• Proven success in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and team development.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% annually to Saab locations in the U.S.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, standards, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Balance enterprise standardization with site-specific production, programs, and customer requirements.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, scalability, cost, service, and risk.
• Drive procurement, inventory control, and packaging engineering alignment with Programs and Quality.
