Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong materials management, warehousing, and inventory control background.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, standards, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab locations.
• Balance standardization with site-specific production and customer requirements.
• Drive enterprise materials strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Lead cross-site initiatives focused on performance, scalability, cost, service, and risk.
• Partner with programs, operations, engineering, quality, procurement, IT, and other functions.
