This enterprise role requires building a standardized operating model and aligning governance, KPIs, and responsibilities across locations.

You will drive strategy, identify capability gaps, mentor leaders, and oversee cross-functional programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and travel (~20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with extensive leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong materials management, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a standardized operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab locations.
• Balance standardization with site-specific production and customer requirements.
• Lead cross-site initiatives focused on performance, cost, service, and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with Programs, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, IT, and Logistics.
