Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across multiple Saab sites in the United States.

The role is senior-level, responsible for standardizing an enterprise operating model and aligning people, processes, and technology with business goals. You will drive governance, KPIs, and cross-site initiatives, develop the Materials strategy, and mentor site leaders while traveling ~20% annually to Saab

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Ability to travel ~20% annually and obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across Saab locations.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab sites.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, cost, service, and risk reduction.
• Standardize SOPs, material flow controls, and continuous improvement practices across locations.
• Drive packaging standards, capacity planning, and integration with Programs, Engineering, and Quality.
