Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Learning Solutions to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable learning programs across the company’s 650+ locations. You will supervise a team of instructional designers and partner with operations and leaders to close performance gaps.

The role requires seven-plus years in L&D, three+ years of leadership, knowledge of learning technologies, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Seven (7) or more years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related experience.
• Three (3) or more years of experience leading and developing professional teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Instructional Designers, providing ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development support.
• Oversee the design, development, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise learning solutions across formats and technologies.
• Identify performance gaps with stakeholders and develop learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
