Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience in information systems, business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a technology-related role.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business systems leader and SME for assigned platforms, ensuring alignment with business processes and enterprise architecture.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Lead the business systems roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and new capabilities based on ROI.
• Provide end-to-end accountability across multiple systems, including integrations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance across systems.
• Lead testing strategies (UAT, system integration).
• Drive enterprise-level performance improvements tied to outcomes and adoption.
• Oversee vendor strategy, including contract support and cost management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Establish and track KPIs tied to ROI and operational efficiency.
• Lead large initiatives spanning multiple functions and systems.
• Support transition to product-oriented operating model and continuous delivery.
• Contribute to budget planning and investment prioritization decisions.
