Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives, align with budgets, and deliver measurable business value. You will partner with engineering, finance, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage forecasts, and oversee vendor resources.

The role supports a flexible hybrid schedule with three in-person days at Salisbury, NC and two remote days. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with project planning, tracking, and risk management tools.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in delivering projects within both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, plan schedules, and coordinate resources.
• Track milestones, dependencies, financials, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across teams.
• Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks (SDLC/IDLC).
• Provide project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendor resources and manage project related contract deliverables.
• Develop cost plans and forecasts using estimates and resource inputs from project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor actuals and report variances, outlining mitigation steps to stay within approved thresholds.
• Track and report project financials, flagging risks such as invoicing issues or other emerging concerns.
• May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks and milestones are completed on time.
• Oversee project change requests (PCR) and ensure scope changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documented.
