Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems or related field.
• 10+ years in technology with advanced responsibilities.
• 5+ years leading and onboarding teams in relevant technologies.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, systems implementation, and design.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes at scale.
• Experience with system lifecycle management and ROI analysis.
• Executive communication and presence engaging senior leadership.
• Autonomy in complex environments with broad impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary business systems leader and SME for assigned platforms.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
• Lead the business systems roadmap with prioritization and ROI focus.
• Ensure end-to-end accountability across multiple systems and integrations.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and vendors on scalable solutions.
• Ensure data governance, integrity and compliance.
• Lead testing strategies (UAT, integration).
• Drive performance improvements tied to ROI and adoption.
• Oversee vendor strategy, negotiations and cost management.
• Develop a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Establish and track KPIs tied to ROI and efficiency.
• Maintain operational stability and mitigate cross-system risks.
• Lead large programs spanning multiple functions and systems.
• Support transition to product-oriented operating model and continuous delivery.
• Contribute to budget planning and investment decisions.
