Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead enterprise systems strategy across multiple functional areas, partnering with senior leaders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. You will own the system lifecycle, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery, while building a high-performing team and ensuring ROI and governance.

This hybrid role requires 3 in-person days at Salisbury, NC and 2 remote days, with collaboration across sites and vendors to drive long-term

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology roles with progression.
• 5+ years leading teams and mentoring.
• Strong experience in business process analysis and system implementations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Experience with system lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to drive strategic alignment across functions.
• Experience with budgeting, investment prioritization, and ROI analysis.
• Strong executive communication and presence.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary business systems leader and SME for assigned platforms.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Lead the business systems roadmap and prioritization of enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across systems.
• Lead testing strategies (UAT, system integration).
• Oversee vendor strategy, including performance optimization and cost management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with succession planning.
• Establish and track KPIs tied to ROI and adoption.
