Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst in Salisbury, NC to lead analysis, design, and improvement of supply chain processes and technology across SAP S/4HANA and boundary systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in Business Systems/Functional/Systems Analyst roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business and system requirements.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations, APIs, data mapping, and system interfaces.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Planning stakeholders.
• Document and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and system specifications for SAP S/4HANA and boundary apps.
• Partner with business teams, architects, and developers to define scalable solutions across procurement, inventory, replenishment, and warehouse operations.
• Support integration analysis and design across SAP, planning systems, Manhattan WMS, TMS, EDI, and boundary applications.
• Manage coexistence of legacy apps and SAP S/4HANA, including data synchronization and integration management.
• Conduct process design workshops, identify gaps, and ensure business readiness for transitions.
