Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Solutions Delivery Analyst IV to act as the lead technical SME for assigned systems, delivering mid to large IT initiatives in partnership with the business. The role includes production support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across functional areas.

The position supports a flexible hybrid work schedule with core locations in Salisbury, NC and other hubs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS or related (or equivalent related work experience).
5+ years of experience in technology roles.
Strong experience with WMS technologies (Manhattan preferred).
Experience leading teams directly or indirectly in advanced technical roles.
Experience guiding, training, or onboarding team members in relevant technologies.
Ability to own mid-to-large projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
Ability to solve complex problems and trace issues to root cause.
Proven track record of delivering quality work and exercising judgment within procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical SME for WMS systems and applications within a functional area.
Coach and mentor team members to grow technical knowledge.
Lead mid-to-large projects including resource and budget considerations.
Translate business needs into agile stories or waterfall requirements.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to define technical specifications and testing criteria.
Ensure proper testing with QA and production readiness.
Develop RUN Book documentation for production support turnover.
Participate in solution implementation and post-production hyper care.
