Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Solutions Delivery Analyst IV to serve as a lead technical SME for WMS systems, delivering mid-to-large IT initiatives and providing 3rd level production support. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, product teams and suppliers to ensure stable operation and continuous improvement.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at core locations such as Salisbury, NC, with applicants authorized to work in the United States on a full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS or related (or equivalent related work experience).
• 5+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Strong experience with WMS technologies (Manhattan preferred).
• Experience leading teams directly or indirectly in advanced technical roles.
• Experience guiding, training or onboarding team members in relevant technologies.
• Proficient in applying professional concepts and domain knowledge.
• Takes on mid-to-large projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
• Handles complex problems requiring analysis of multiple factors.
• Desires to produce quality work and trace issues to their source.
• Uses judgment within procedures to determine action.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical SME for WMS systems and applications for an identified functional area.
• Coaches and mentors team members to raise technical knowledge.
• Lead mid-to-large projects; assist PMO with resource and budget management; translate business needs into agile or waterfall requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to build technical specifications and outcomes.
• Develop test cases with QA; document and re-test as needed.
• Create RUN Book documentation and prepare for production support turnover.
• Support solution implementation and post-production hyper care.
