Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to lead the ER team and ensure compliant, fair handling of employee matters across the organization. The role demands strategic leadership in investigations, policy application, and collaboration with HR partners and leadership.

Responsibilities include guiding senior management, analyzing data, and driving proactive solutions that foster a positive workplace culture while staying current with federal and state employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive employee relations experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role managing an ER team.
• 5+ years of experience managing, directly or indirectly, a progressive Employee Relations function.
• Extensive experience conducting and managing investigations of complex/sensitive workplace complaints, and government agency claims and audits (EEOC, OFCCP).
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and oversee the Employee Relations team to ensure consistent policy application.
• Manage complex ER cases, including investigations into workplace conflicts, discrimination, harassment, and policy violations.
• Provide expert guidance to HR directors, partners and leadership on ER issues and performance management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEO).
• Oversee and analyze ER data, create monthly reports, identify trends and proactive interventions.
