Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or related certification required within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum 5 years HR Generalist/Employee Relations, HR consulting, or related experience or 3 years with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to leaders and HR Partners on complex employee relations matters.
• Lead highly sensitive workplace investigations with thorough documentation and objective findings.
• Provide coaching on leadership, communication, and performance management.
• Interpret and apply federal, state, and local employment laws and update policies as needed.
• Maintain confidential records and support organizational initiatives for a respectful workplace.
