The Senior Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for overseeing the Employee Relations (ER) team and ensuring the effective management of employee relations cases and investigations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal compliance, workplace laws, and company policies. Additionally, the Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership in addressing employee conflicts, investigating workplace concerns, and ensuring fair and consistent policy application across the organization. This position will also play a key role in analyzing employee relations data to identify trends and implement proactive solutions. The Senior Manager will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive employee relations experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role managing an ER team.
5+ years of experience managing, directly or indirectly, a progressive Employee Relations function.
Extensive experience conducting and managing investigations of complex/sensitive workplace complaints, and government agency claims and audits, including EEOC and state discrimination charges and OFCCP audits, and internal ethics reports. Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business. Demonstrates project management experience. Must have in depth knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws including, but not limited to, Title VI, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, etc. Ability to analyze complex issues and facts and summarize essential issues to various audiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning). Ability to work with and positively influence peers and senior management. Self-motivated and high endurance with critical attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and reporting.
Masters in HR strongly preferred. PHR or SPHR certified also preferred.
Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below: Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $126,505.85-$210,858.08.
