Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred, such as SHRM, HRCI, or specialized employee/labor relations certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads sensitive employee relations matters from intake through investigation reports and outcomes.
• Provides consultation to HR Business Partners and leaders on policy interpretation, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Ensures accurate documentation of employee relations matters in NAVEX and other systems.
• Designs and implements employee relations initiatives that support LYB values, culture, and business objectives.
• Coaches HR partners and leaders on investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution.
• Analyzes trends to identify root causes and opportunities for proactive support.
