Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred (SHRM, HRCI, or specialized ER certification).

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages sensitive employee relations matters with intake, fact-finding, witness interviews, and investigation reports.
• Provides expert consultation to HR Partners and leaders on risk, policy interpretation, and performance management.
• Ensures accurate documentation of ER matters in NAVEX and other systems.
• Supports enterprise ER initiatives, including policy updates and training.
• Partners with ER Excellence Consult to improve processes, tools, and templates.
• Coaches leaders on investigation standards, communication, and conflict resolution.
