Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations to lead complex workplace matters across the organization, partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance, and ER teams to assess risk and guide investigations. You will drive processes, templates, training, and case management in NAVEX, coach leaders, and design initiatives that support LYB values, compliance, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and investigations.
• Experience leading complex employee relations matters and advising leaders on risk and policy.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
• Experience with diverse client groups in a matrixed organization and partnering with leaders, HR, Legal, Compliance.
• Oil and gas / petrochemical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensitive employee relations matters from intake to investigation reports.
• Provide guidance to HR partners and leaders on policies and risk mitigation.
• Ensure consistent documentation in NAVEX and systems.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and training needs.
• Design and implement employee relations initiatives aligned with LYB values.
