Job summary

LyondellBasell in Houston seeks an HR Consultant, HR for HR, to partner with the global People and Culture organization and deliver annual HR processes, talent management, budgeting, and confidential employee data handling.

You will lead HR connections, develop materials, and support stakeholder engagement, while building capability in HR operations, policy application, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR programs and annual business processes.
• Strong data handling and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Preferred HR certification (HRCI or SHRM)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual HR budgeting, data inputs, trackers, and reporting.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Lead HR Connection inquiries, prepare responses, route questions to experts.
• Maintain knowledge of LYB HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications using Excel/PowerPoint.
