Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries is seeking an ERLR Excellence Consultant to support an assigned business function, partnering with HR, Legal, and leadership to standardize and improve employee and labor relations processes.

The role will triage non-hotline complaints, ensure proper documentation, and drive consistency and compliance across the organization. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR preferred
• HR Certification preferred (HRCI or SHRM)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in HR-related fields
• Experience advising on investigations and policy interpretation
• Experience triaging employee complaints and documenting case activity

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERLR support to an assigned function with stakeholders
• Develop and improve ERLR triage process for non-hotline complaints
• Standardize ERLR processes, tools, templates and resources
• Develop ERLR training materials and playbooks
• Support workplace investigations and performance management
• Collaborate with HR, Legal and site leadership to ensure compliance
