Job summary

Blattner Company seeks an experienced Senior Manager - Electrical Engineering to own the electrical design basis for gas generation projects from proposal through execution. You will lead the engineering program for reciprocating engines and aeroderivative turbines, coordinating with utility and equipment suppliers to meet reliability and safety goals.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited four-year engineering degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years progressive electrical engineering experience in gas power generation, with two or more years in a leadership role.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering program for gas generation projects from proposal to execution.
• Coordinate with utility, reciprocating engine and gas turbine suppliers, and balance of plant vendors.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NESC, NFPA and IEEE standards.
• Develop and implement design basis documents and program guardrails.
• Support startup, testing, commissioning, and issue escalation as needed.
