Job summary

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Meetings and Educational Technology to lead educational conferences and programs through technology and thoughtful planning. You will oversee abstract management, speaker coordination, CMS platforms, and vendor relations for 8–10 meetings annually, including a major annual conference.

You will collaborate with staff, faculty, and external partners to ensure high‑quality virtual and in‑person experiences, while supporting accredited CME activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in educational technology or event management.
• Experience with accredited CME programs preferred.
• Proficient in CMS platforms and conference technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage conference technology and platforms across ~8–10 events per year.
• Support abstract and speaker management systems, conference websites, and mobile apps.
• Coordinate with vendors for platform setup, production, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain data quality, run reports, and support accreditation processes.
