Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a Distribution & Supply Chain Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics network, including 3PL interactions, international and domestic inbound/outbound movement, and customs compliance. This hands-on role requires guiding managers while solving operational details to drive cost reductions and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in distribution/logistics, with 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, and a bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in distribution, supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• At least 5 years in management with proven P&L or cost-control impact.
• Experience managing a company-operated warehouse and 3PL providers.

Responsibilities

• Overall operation of a 42,000-sq-ft local warehouse including productivity, cost, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and evaluate 3PL providers for cost, service levels and accuracy.
• Oversee domestic logistics, including trucking, drayage, LTL/FTL, parcel and freight forwarders; supervise customs activities.
