Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Sr. Manager of Distribution and Inventory to lead the studio network’s distribution operations and inventory control. You will own the full order cycle, drive accuracy, and build a team focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.

You’ll partner with procurement and studio operations to optimize stock, plan shipments, manage carrier performance, and deliver metrics that balance cost and service across locations.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years in distribution, inventory or supply chain leadership.
• Deep understanding of cycle counting, FIFO/FEFO, and shrink reduction.
• Strong analytics with KPI tracking and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle across studio locations.
• Own inventory accuracy with cycle counts, reconciliations and controls.
• Plan shipments, monitor carrier performance, and drive on-time delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop distribution and inventory staff.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for senior leadership.
