Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a skilled Inventory Manager to optimize inventory strategies across multiple production facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics or inventory management, preferably in high-volume manufacturing such as paper or printing. This role requires strong communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

The successful applicant will analyze inventory turns, manage procurement strategies, and collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency.

The compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, and the position is bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain analytics in manufacturing.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably in paper or printing.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with client services and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage inventory levels across production facilities.
• Develop safety stock and reorder points considering demand variability.
• Monitor supplier performance and recommend risk strategies.
