Target is seeking a Production Controller in the Distribution and Receive Centers network. You’ll help staff, plan, and achieve building goals to ensure timely processing of merchandise to stores and guests. You’ll work with executives on staffing, cross‑training, seasonal strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, data‑driven planning, and proactive problem solving to optimize throughput and service levels.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent experience.
• Clear and effective communication in all situations with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to access all levels and areas of the facility.
• Ability to interpret and relate policies and procedures to others.
