Job summary

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Operations and Logistics to lead global franchise equipment delivery, order management, and inventory accuracy. You will coordinate vendors, manage fulfillment, and ensure audit-ready processes across the global studio network.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to keep orders on track, monitor KPIs, and support franchisees with timely, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading global or multi-site supply chain operations.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, shipments, and inventory with audit-ready processes.
• Proven track record delivering on-time equipment delivery for franchise networks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order processing, PO issuance, and franchisee support to meet schedules.
• Drive day-to-day supply chain processes and escalate issues with documented fixes.
• Monitor inventory across warehouses and coordinate phase-ins/phase-outs.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile POs, receipts, and invoices for month-end close.
• Maintain vendor SLAs/MSAs, performance reviews, and onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for franchisee equipment questions and delays.
