Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the fulfillment center, sharpen inventory accuracy, and supervise a team of Area Managers and warehouse staff.

You will own inbound, put-away, outbound, and B2C/B2B flows, set and monitor KPIs, manage budgeting and payroll, coordinate new client launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliable, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a high-volume D2C environment at a managerial level.
• Experience leading teams of 60+ non-exempt and 5+ salaried staff.
• Experience running a highly technical operation with automation.
• Proficient with WMS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the full fulfillment center.
• Lead Area Managers, operations leads and warehouse staff.
• Maintain operational KPIs: location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support ICQA and GMP where required.
• Manage budgeting and payroll for operations.
• Plan scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
• Support new client launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coach and develop leadership and staff.
• Collaborate with IE, solutions engineering, QA, and implementations.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, CS to drive results.
• Address issues and perform additional duties as assigned.
