Astrana Health, Inc. is expanding nationwide through acquisitions, provider group partnerships, and new market entries. The Corporate Development team drives sourcing, valuation, and deal diligence from initial screening to close.

We seek a Senior Manager or Director to own deal analytics end-to-end and to serve as the backbone for post-close integration, with direct exposure to executive leadership and high-visibility transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior manager role or 5+ years with demonstrated deal leadership
• Fluency in valuation methodologies; defend every assumption
• Advanced Excel modeling: three-statement models, scenarios, auditable structure
• Healthcare experience or strong interest in healthcare M&A/value-based care
• Exceptional organizational skills for multiple diligence/integration streams
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and board
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field

Responsabilités

• Build and own valuation analyses for acquisitions and partnerships (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution)
• Create and maintain detailed operating and deal models in Excel (membership, PMPM revenue, medical cost, synergies)
• Lead due diligence workstreams; manage data rooms; synthesize findings for go/no-go
• Prepare investment memos, board materials, and executive presentations
• Support deal execution: LOI and term sheet analytics, working capital and earnout structuring
• Drive post-close integration planning: workplans, milestones, risk tracking
• Maintain corporate development pipeline; CRM hygiene; recurring leadership reports
• Conduct market landscaping and competitive analysis for new geographies and adjacencies
