Job summary

Astrana Health is seeking an Associate Director - Value-Based Care Sales to drive growth for the East Coast ACO portfolio. Remote role supporting independent practices, building relationships, and guiding them into Astrana’s ACO LEAD or MSSP programs.

Located remotely across FL/GA/AL with travel along the East Coast; reporting to the Senior Director. You’ll develop territory plans, manage pipelines, negotiate participation agreements, and onboard new practices to ensure annual growth targets are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of healthcare growth leadership experience, preferably in ACO settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and GTM strategy with the Senior Director.
• Build new relationships to drive growth in new and existing markets.
• Engage prospective practices to participate in Astrana's ACO programs.
• Demonstrate financial benefits and secure commitments.
• Manage prospecting, inbound leads, and CRM pipeline.
• Negotiate participation agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with ACO team to prioritize prospects and drive growth.
• Onboard recruited practices and support transition to operations.
