Job summary

Astrana Health Management seeks a Senior Manager or Director of Corporate Development to own end-to-end deal analytics, from screening to board-ready valuation work, with high exposure to executive leadership. This is a national remote role with significant interaction across finance, legal, clinical, and IT functions.

The role requires leading multiple diligence and integration workstreams, building robust models, and delivering clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in valuation methodologies and deal leadership preferred.
• Advanced Excel modeling with three-statement projections and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and own valuation analyses for acquisition and partnership targets (DCF, comps, precedents, AV).
• Construct and maintain detailed operating and deal models in Excel (membership, PMPM revenue, medical cost, synergies).
• Lead due diligence workstreams: data rooms, diligence requests, cross-functional coordination, synthesize findings for go/no-go decisions.
• Prepare investment committee memos, board materials, and executive presentations translating analysis into decisions.
• Support deal execution: LOI and term sheet analytics, purchase price mechanics, working capital and earnout support.
