Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development
• Ability to build board-ready valuation models and memos
• Strong Excel multi-statement modeling and scenario analysis
• Healthcare services M&A experience or interest in healthcare value-based care

Responsibilities

• Build and own valuation analyses for acquisitions and partnerships
• Construct operating and deal models in Excel
• Lead due diligence workstreams across multiple functions
• Prepare investment committee memos and board materials
• Support deal execution: LOI, term sheets, and working capital discussions
• Drive post-close integration planning and execution
• Maintain corporate development pipeline and CRM hygiene
• Conduct market landscaping and competitive analysis for new geographies
