Reynolds American Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Marketing Implementation in Winston-Salem, NC. The role drives a data‑driven marketing strategy across SEO, CRM, email marketing, content marketing, and paid media, ensuring initiatives are scalable and aligned with business objectives.

You will oversee integrated campaigns, SEO, CRM lifecycle programs, and cross‑functional project workstreams, reporting on KPIs and impact. Strong collaboration across internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or related discipline with a record of strategic plan development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across web, search, social, email and other digital channels.
• Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.
• Manage CRM and lifecycle campaigns, including email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Lead integration workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop reporting frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate marketing impact.
• Collaborate with TMD, FTM, Business Development, IDT, Marketing, LEX, and Finance to align strategies with business objectives.
