Job summary

Reynolds American in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Senior Manager Digital Marketing Integration to develop, implement, and integrate a data-driven marketing strategy across SEO, CRM, email marketing, content marketing, paid media and emerging digital platforms.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with business development and marketing teams to ensure strategies are scalable and aligned with corporate objectives. 5+ years in digital marketing and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, CRM platforms, email marketing automation, analytics, and digital campaign management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Digital marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across web, search, social, email, and other digital channels.
• SEO: Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, visibility, and conversion performance.
• CRM: Manage CRM and customer lifecycle campaigns, including email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Project Management: Lead integration workstreams involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Presentation: Develop reporting frameworks and KPIs that clearly demonstrate marketing effectiveness and business impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to align strategies with business objectives.
