Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in rewards product administration and digital marketing or related fields.
• Regulated industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to connect platform decisions to marketing strategy, CX workflows, consumer engagement, and operational outcomes.
• Experience in driving execution and offering seasoned product management/administration.
• Strong industry/channel knowledge and experience.
• Excels in a fast-paced environment while holding self/others accountable.
• Collaborative with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders.
