Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in consumer market research; CPG experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data sources and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with consumer surveys and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer insights across Oral category and nicotine landscape.
• Design and oversee primary and syndicated research.
• Develop learning plans aligned to corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leadership Team for insights.
• Drive data-driven recommendations to guide strategy.
• Travel on-site to Winston-Salem, NC as needed.
