Signet Jewelers is seeking a Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights to lead strategic customer analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights across brands. You will partner with brand teams to drive growth through deep customer understanding and robust analytics.

You will oversee data modeling, customer transaction data, and clickstream datasets, while building compelling visualizations and reports with SQL, SAS, Python, and Tableau. Mentorship and collaboration are key in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of customer analytics experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong visualization and storytelling with data via PowerPoint or deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Lead organization and storytelling of strategic analysis projects.
• Directly partner with brands to provide actionable insights from datasets.
• Coach and mentor analytics team; set direction and priorities.
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards in Tableau for KPI monitoring.
• Translate data findings into concise presentations for senior leadership.
