Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams on digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI. You will shape end-to-end delivery, establish value-driven outcomes, and maintain strong client relationships across a range of life sciences and IT domains.

You will guide solution design, estimates, scope, and execution while managing risks, dependencies, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and deliver strategy and implementation projects for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes and value realization, manage risks and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes, including contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
