Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior leader in Scientific Informatics to drive digital laboratory transformation across informatics, data, automation, and AI. You will shape programs, oversee end-to-end delivery, and own client outcomes while managing multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on measurable value and growth.

The role requires 6+ years in scientific informatics, a relevant degree, consulting experience, and exceptional communication skills, with willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D or QC manufacturing spaces
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science, Life Science, Computer Science or Engineering
• 2+ years of consulting experience (preferred)
• Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact
• Analyze and redesign lab business processes; define product requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors
• Travel up to 50% to client locations
