Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for Scientific Informatics in Orlando. Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI, delivering measurable client impact.

You will architect end-to-end engagements, manage scope, and drive business value while navigating complex multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital laboratory transformation projects.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements (design, estimates, scope, execution).
• Drive program outcomes and value realization for clients.
• Quantify business value and outcomes from solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Own client outcomes and ensure delivery quality and satisfaction.
• Shape client vision and roadmap across people, process, technology and data.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders.
