Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering strategic and implementational projects in digital laboratory operations and scientific informatics. You will shape transformation programs, oversee design and delivery, and ensure value realization for clients.

The role requires a strong consulting background, exceptional communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites. A Life Sciences or Engineering degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience in consulting is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization.
• Articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions.
• Proactively manage delivery execution, including risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own client outcomes and accountability for contractual commitments and client satisfaction.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
