Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI. You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery, defining requirements, estimates, and scope while driving measurable client outcomes.

You will build strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors, and guide cross‑functional teams toward successful engagements. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D/QC manufacturing spaces.
• Bachelor Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
• Preferred experience in consulting and working with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives across science, data, automation, and AI.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
