Job summary

Accenture in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory operations and scientific informatics strategy for clients, spanning data, automation, and AI. You will architect end-to-end engagements, manage delivery, risks, and stakeholder communications, shape client roadmaps, and build trusted advisor relationships with senior directors and VPs.

Preferred candidates have 8+ years in lab informatics and a life science or CS/Engineering degree,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D or QC Manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end engagement delivery including design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive program outcomes and value realization.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders.
