Accenture is seeking a Manager in California to lead cross-functional teams delivering digital laboratory transformation programs. You will shape initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to create measurable client impact.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, defining requirements, managing scope and risks, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving value realization across complex projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics (R&D or QC).
• Bachelor’s degree in a Laboratory Science/Life Science or CS/Engineering.
• 2+ years of consulting preferred; experience with life sciences R&D/IT.
• Exceptional interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation projects.
• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives across informatics, data, automation, and AI.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery: design, estimates, scope, and execution.
• Drive outcomes and quantify business value; manage risks and stakeholders.
• Build client relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; mentor and provide feedback.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
