Job summary

Fidelity Investments’ Digital Assets Risk Management team seeks a Sr. Manager, Risk to oversee risk programs supporting custody and trading platforms and enable growth of innovative products.

You will partner with business and technology teams, Compliance and Legal to strengthen governance, data analysis, and risk appetite frameworks, while guiding a fast-moving, high-integrity risk culture. This onsite role requires a strong background in compliance and risk across capital markets and a passion

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Compliance, Risk, or Audit with brokerage/capital markets experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters/MBA considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Fidelity’s risk programs and governance.
• Experience establishing risk appetite frameworks and governance programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key risks and business unit policies for Fidelity Digital Assets custody and trading platform.
• Collaborate with business, technology teams, Compliance and Legal to support product growth.
• Enhance and expand the team’s risk programs and governance.
• Support potential launch of innovative new products and services.
