Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of Digital Compliance technology initiatives within the Compliance Platform Strategy team. You will coordinate with Compliance stakeholders and Corporate Services Technology to modernize tools, workflows, and data-driven processes across the end-to-end compliance lifecycle.

You will translate business needs into actionable workstreams, manage risks, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or information systems.
• 4+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with executive presence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Planning and execution frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Translating business needs into actionable workstreams.
• Positive attitude and goal-driven.
• Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of projects within Compliance technology initiatives and ensure alignment with Corporate Services Technology and stakeholder needs.
• Manage program scope, backlog, and success measures; maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Communicate program status to leadership and act as a liaison between strategy and execution.
• Define MVP with stakeholders and drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams.
