Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Professional audit certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA) strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of external and/or internal audit or related risk/control experience.
• Experience within the digital asset ecosystem (custodians, exchanges, blockchain-based financial services).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end audits across digital assets and related platforms.
• Assess control environments, including wallet operations, key management, and access controls.
• Coordinate with risk and compliance partners to deliver high-quality results.
• Mentor junior staff and communicate findings to management.
• Leverage data analytics and audit tooling to improve coverage.
